Penny Candy Handmade Divine

One of our most talented friends, Amy Peppler Adams, is a triple-threat:  amazing designer + clever crafter + collector extraodinaire.  Her blog, Penny Candy Handmade (http://pennycandyhandmade.blogspot.com) features her beautiful textile patterns as well as her giclee prints, moleskin journals and buttons which you can purchase on Etsy.  Tea towels soon to come later this week!

Go to her blog for a crack at winning some of her stylish, fabric buttons today!

Amy's style has a vintage flair, reminiscent of the 1950's and 1960's.  Clean yet playful and very stylish!  She recently won 1st place in the annual Spoonflower contest for her 2012 tea towel design.  http://pennycandyhandmade.blogspot.com/2011/11/what-day.html

A true child and lover of the 80's, she's amassed a large collection of the coolest vintage finds. She's created a book for vintage scratch'n sniff sticker collectors, designed textbooks, gardening and travel guides, cookbooks, and has even helped work on an Academy Award finalist movie, "The Book And The Rose".

Martha, eat your heart out.

A Birthday for Pet Lovers

Our new birthday cards feature the happiest kitten and puppy in the world!  With a hefty fish for kitty and a juicy bone for puppy, these nostalgic designs were created from a mix of our watercolor illustrations and vintage, collaged images. They deliver that the warm, fuzzy (or furry?) feeling that one gets from receiving a sweet, hand-written card.  Just like in the good, ol' days.
